About Me

Hello!  I am Teacher Fred, welcome to Red Ox English!

I am a TESOL/Advanced TESOL certified teacher with over ten years of experience.

I hold a BA with Honors in Latin American Studies, 2013, from the University of Texas Austin

​

I have taught children at all levels from ages 5-12, and for the last four years have taught online.  My experience has always been in a cross-cultural context.  My experience includes teaching children in Latin America and online to children in China.

I am a dynamic teacher, able to engage and hold my students attention.  They will laugh and have fun all the while forgetting they are learning.  I work hard to build genuine rapport with students, and in a personalize context am able to work at their speed to ensure comprehension and real language growth.
